Available Shipping Methods
Small Packages
For small packages carriers used are FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Express (2-day, overnight), UPS Ground, UPS Express (2-day, overnight)
Less than Truckload (LTL) Freight
For larger orders that require palletization, truck freight shipping is used. Because of the nature of the shipping process, commercial locations with a dock are recommended.
When your shipment arrives
Inspect the shipment to make sure there is no damage or missing boxes before signing for the shipment.
For LTL shipments, if the outside of the pallet is damaged, make sure to note it on the Proof of Delivery. Please contact us immediately if there is any damage. Damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
