Cosmos Plastics Company reserves the right to set the payment schedule and conditions based on size of the order, shipping method, and geographical location of the customer. Cosmos Plastics Company targets a customer base of distributors and wholesalers, therefore Company Checks are required for first time orders. We accept major credit cards as well.
We are flexible in arranging ‘NET’ terms with our new customers based on the nature of the order. First time orders are C.O.D on stock items and 50% down payment is required for custom projects.
To establish ‘NET’ terms new customers need to provide us with Trade References, Re-sale number, and Banking information.
Shipping Method:
We use Fedex and UPS for small package services. As for larger orders that need to be shipped out using palettes, we use Fedex Freight.  Shipping quotes are given to customers and once they are approved, we will be able to pricess your order.
Upon request , we can arrange any type of logistic preferred by the customer. All shipments are F.O.B Franklin Park, IL. 60131
Delivery Times:
The shipping times we provide are estimates we have received from our carriers. Therefore, we do not give free shipping or credit based on delays that occur in shipping. Allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery  from the shipping date depending on geographical location.
Stock Item Displays:
Stock item displays are sold by the case quantities. All stock items have required minimum purchase order. Based on the size of the order, we can individually box each item or bulk wrap for convenience.
Custom Order Displays:
70% of our customers rely on our ability to design and fabricate custom displays. We have Design Engineers ready to assist you with innovative ideas. Most custom projects require 2 -3 weeks lead-time.
Stock items: Available upon request. (Charges Apply)
Custom Project: Based on the nature of the project, $200.00 is required for down payment. This payment will be credited towards the account when the full order is placed. All labor related to designing and engineering is inclusive.
Cancellation/Return Policy:
If you want to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately.  If the order is put in production or already shipped, then you must pay up to a 50% cancellation fee (depending on the order/production).We do not accept returns so please carefully look over your order before purchasing.
Our merchandise can break during shipment, therefore we highly recommend you inspect your merchandise for small packaging.  Contact Cosmos as soon as you find a broken display so we can file a claim. If there is a lot of external damage, make sure you check the merchandise and let  the driver know if the merchandise is broken. You need to note that when you sign for the packages.
If there are any shortages after a shipment, you need to notify Cosmos within 2 business days or we do not have the authority to correct the issue with our shipping manager and carrier. Other typos and mistakes can occur during the order process and Cosmos reserves the right to fix these mistakes and letting the customer know.
